The Omnium Global Executive MBA offers dedicated career management services through the career services centres at the Rotman School of Management and the University of St. Gallen. One-to-one consulting is available by telephone, e-mail and in person. Workshops and guest lectures are periodically organized for participants on site at the Rotman School or at St. Gallen.

As Director of Career Services for EMBA programs at the Rotman School, Allison Quennell sees herself as a source of clear-sighted, practical advice: “A lot of students do an EMBA because they want additional challenges. Once they’ve finished, they’re anxious to move ahead. It’s a matter of ensuring that they’re going in the right direction.

Naturally, I’m supportive. But the great thing is that, as a third-party not emotionally invested in a graduate’s future, I’m also objective. I’m a great person to bounce ideas off.” Allison came to the Rotman School after a career in outplacement and executive search services.
